Other Considerations
Please note: If you are working on a project/program/event and you cannot afford the listed fees in your budget, please write us at info@cbhall.ca. and let us know:
Your budget
What you can afford to pay for rental fees
What benefit the project/program/event brings to the community, and other way(s) you or your group can contribute to the Association
We want to see the facilities available for a wide range of groups and activities, user fees are needed to make that happen.
We will consider lower fees for regular weekly, monthly or multi-day programs.
Booking fees of funerals and memorial services of East Shore community members and their families are by donation. If you choose to donate you may target a portion of your donation to the Hall Restoration and Rejuvenation Fund in honour of the deceased if you wish.
Rates subject to change without notice.
