Merry, Merry Christmas everyone! I hope this issue finds you all healthy, happy and safe.
We are ecstatic to announce that the Nelson & District Credit Union is donating $30,000 to our Hall Restoration Project. Sadly, we haven’t been able to get together for a photo opportunity as yet, but will hopefully post one on our Facebook page (@crawfordbayhall) and on our website (cbhall.ca) soon. After almost five years, our $2.14 million project is now $270,000 away from beginning. We are excited and still searching for the final dollars needed.
We are equally happy to share that the Community Christmas Potluck Dinner will be happening in our hall again: Saturday December 14, 2024 as well as The Bevy Of Angels Craft Faire: Sunday December 8, 2024. Gigantic kudos to Rebecca Fuzzen and to Jacqueline Wedge for organizing these wonderful community events.
Our Association’s AGM: TUESDAY December 10, 2024 7pm Crawford Bay Community hall.
Lots happening in December. Please mark your calendars.
